Laksa Sarawak, A Taste Of Heavenly Dish


Laksa Sarawak, one of the most famous local delicacy in Sarawak.Whenever tourists visit the land of Borneo, they'll surely come to look for this famous dish and have a taste of this so called 'heavenly dish'.
The Laksa Sarawak is not only craved by tourists but by local people too. When we crave for it, we won't stop until we found one that is able to satisfy our palate. The photo above is from one-of the well-known store in Kuching. The cafe name is Chong Choon Cafe, located at Jalan Chan Chin Ann, Kuching, Sarawak. Rumors has it that it tastes good. However, when I tried it, I knew it straight away that it is not the best laksa in town as I've tasted better one at 3rd Mile.

With a price of RM7, you get a normal sized-bowl of laksa that comes along with 3 servings of prawns. The broth isn't that mild but such mildness won't make me crave for more, instead it makes me crave for better laksa.The spiciness in the broth is very mild but the sambal provided proved to be handy.

Well, that's just my honest opinion, pardon me if I'm wrong. Make no mistake, I'm not saying that it is bad. I'm just stating that it is not the best Laksa Sarawak in town, If you've tasted better one, you'll automatically detect that something is lacking.
